A scenario apparently the planners had not considered whom orchestrated current events is about to become the waterfall on the brink in the current future with no hope of survival: the complete insolvency of the concept of American Federalism.The scenario appears to be played out like game theory spanning decades.

During the formation of the states in to one government essays were written describing the federal government not as we now know it – the most massive behemoth ever created on the face of the earth. It was never intended to be that way.

The President of the United States was only intended to be the presider, the banger-of-the-gavel, at the meetings of congress, and in fact before George Washington there were more presidents doing just that. It was only during the revolutionary war that the president became the commander-in-chief.

The personal secret army (CIA) of the president was created by executive order in 1947 along with the creation of the Air Force – actions that may have had no constitutional authority. It was during the misuse of the CIA during the Nixon era that brought about the impeachment crisis of the president.

Now: the entire armed forces have been converted to the personal CIA of the sitting president domestic and international in unending wars. These forces are operating likely in the same manner domestically as in international – what are they doing?

Already we may be facing a surveillance crisis equal to or surpassing the times of the Berlin Wall where half of the populace was spying on the other half – where everything is orientated to a spying society. The addition of RFID chips has proliferated to a point already where there is no return – a point of no return has been reached on global surveillance.

Retroactive obsession with information has taken place for tidbits that were held hidden before the spying laws. Everything is put in terms of a perspective of drug suspects, and homosexual suspects that need to be ferreted out using the spying to determine what had happened before the spying laws.

The only indication that there will be a stopping point is when the money runs dry. In the Clinton reign we were distracted with a constitutional crisis of the federal government actually being shut down for several days at a time on several occasions. The United States Treasury Department, at the United States Mint in San Francisco – the workers there, – were all sent home on several occasions due to the Federal Government being stopped.

During the times of the stoppages no spying ensued for days at a time. Their pets were not fed. In place global programs were stopped. The budget actually became balanced during those times as the black ops were inadvertently strangled in place until like weeds in a garden they stopped growing.

Now the programs have come back with a vengeance – like wraiths from the grave they have orchestrated a global war with no end, at first starting wars on drugs, wars on cancer, and now the war on terror – an excuse for the non college educated to get promoted in the black ops programs.

In a scenario like the book Ecotopia the Federal Government may collapse and we may be faced with the decision to band together in groups of states fending for ourselves: California one of the wealthiest countries with satellite states Nevada and Washington, while the rest of the country is over-run, or worse, or perishes.
